Orders placed before 1pm will be despatched the next working day, provided the goods are in stock.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order at any time either before or up to 14 days after delivery by: returning the item unused and in "as new" condition.

Telephone 07836 607405 to cancel before despatch.
We offer a full refund if you are not completely satisfied with your goods providing they are returned to us within 14 days. We do not pay the postage for return of goods.
If the hat has been designed and made to your own specification then cancellation cannot be made once the order is accepted.
Our returns policy for items bought as Christmas Presents during November and December 2009 is extended until January 14th 2010.
